- We are a service so no global supply chains - but we DO allow our employees to be part of a union, and provide clean safe conditions for them to work in, and can confirm they are paid a living wage and are entitled to other benefits

- 1 - Yes we only use upcycled materials or deadstock (no virgin materials are ever used)

Q15 Do you work with certified materials (such as GOTs certified organic cotton or certified organic ingredients in beauty products)
- This question is not relevant for my service based business
- 1. Yes - we only work with certified or natural materials / ingredients (see our website)
- 2. Yes and No - We work with a combination or organic and lot of reclaimed materials (so it's hard to know)
- 3. No - We use a lot of polyester and other materials that aren't certified unfortunately and there is possible use of toxic chemicals in the production process

- 1. Yes - we did and her review is live on her website/ and or social media
- 2. It's in progress - We did send some items to her and are currently awaiting our review to be published
