Refund POLICY

1. Refunds on Digital Downloads

No refunds are available for digital downloads.

2. Refunds on Event Tickets

We require 48-hours notice for the cancellation of event tickets and refunds. No exceptions can be granted.

3. Last Minute Cancellations for Pre-Booked Consultations

Prior to sessions commencing, work will be undertaken by our team – this is why we require at least 72-hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We understand that sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule appointments which is why we will always try to be flexible – however it is our policy to take 50% of the total cost if a refund is requested or cancellation is made within the 72-hours of the appointment time.


4.The Cooling Off Period

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of purchase.

However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you select to commence with the services immediately (or within those 14-days) – you agree that if you subsequently cancel your right to cancel your order within the 14 day period.

Due to the nature of our services, we are not always able to offer a full refund if we have already commenced with work on your behalf. Please be aware of any acts that imply consent to waive the cooling-off period, such as proceeding with payment and the onboarding process.



5. Full Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, which include: the Ethical Brand Network, which is not limited to Ethical Brand Directory (brand directory), Ethical Brand Academy (private members-only self-service learning zone) Ethical Brand Boutique (a small selection of products sold via drop shipping and available to purchase directly via the ethicalbranddirectory.com website) Consulting and Content Creation Services (a simple content writing and promotion service offered to Ethical Brand Directory & Ethical Brand Academy Pro + Plus Members). We may offer a full or partial refund if (with your consent we have already commenced with work on your behalf) if you decide that you no longer wish to go ahead with your booking and you have not made an appointment that falls within 14-days of your payment – you are entitled to a full refund.


NO REFUNDS are given on digital downloads.
REFUNDS on fashion and beauty purchases will be processed within 14-days – we work closely with our family of brands and use a drop-shipping model, so we have to ensure the product has reached the brand, and that the brand accepts the refund, refunds us back the money and then we refund you back on the card or your original payment.

Your Right To Waive The 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Work will be undertaken by our coaches ahead of your scheduled session this is why we require your consent to waive your rights to cancel your order within 14-days. If you wish to proceed with your coaching appointment before the 14-day cooling-off period, this is a requirement.
If you decide to book an appointment that falls within less than 14-days after the date of payment – this will indicate that you waive your rights to the cooling-off period and a full refund. We will commence work and you will no longer be entitled to a full refund. We will charge for services rendered.

Your membership start date begins on the day that request access and access is granted. If you have logged into the site and used our services you will not be entitled to a full refund. Partial refunds may be granted with strong justification – but according to the fair usage policy [read here]. If you have not requested membership (created a user name and password) and not accessed the site you CAN request a FULL refund within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Requesting A Refund

If you require a refund or need to reschedule an appointment please CONTACT US– please see below for instructions.

However, you may not cancel a membership agreement without any cost to you once we have, with your permission, started to do the work on your behalf. Cancellation by you in those circumstances would result in our making charges for the work done up to the date of our receipt of your request to cancel, as well as for the minimum work necessary to administer the cancellation. You would also be responsible for any expenses that we had already incurred on your behalf. This will be deducted from your total refund or in cases where the refund is less than the amount owed you will be charged for services unpaid.


The services provided are not guaranteed to get any specific results. The services are completely dependent on your participation and results will vary.
A refund may be granted if you are completely unsatisfied with the service you have received or if it can be proven that EBN has failed to deliver what was expected of and has not met the expectations outlined in the Terms of Service [read here].

If for whatever reason we at Roberta Style Lee fail to deliver what was expected (as per agreement) please contact us in writing and let us know why you believe that the work that has been carried out for you is unsatisfactory. You have 72-hours (3-days) to make your case and get a full refund on any services that have commenced and failed to meet the expected standards. You have 14 days to request a refund on any services where work has not commenced or to cancel a membership subscription where membership has not commenced.

Please note that refunds can take up to 28 days to be fully processed and your payment will be issued via the same method of payment (for example if you paid via PayPal, it will be returned to Paypal).
