Information about The Ethical Brand Network

The Website is operated by The Fit Consultancy Ltd (“We” or “Us”) operating under the business trading name Roberta Style Lee. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09559925 and have our registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU on 24 April 2015. These Terms of Use cover all the services provided under the Ethical Brand Network, which are not limited to Ethical Brand Directory (brand directory), Ethical Brand Academy (private members-only self-service learning zone) Ethical Brand Boutique (a small selection of products sold via drop shipping and available to purchase directly via the ethicalbranddirectory.com website) Consulting and Content Creation Services (a simple content writing and promotion service offered to Ethical Brand Directory & Ethical Brand Academy Pro + Plus Members).

1. Accessing the Ethical Brand Directory Website

1.1 Access to public content on ethicalbranddirectory.com is free. Payment is only required to become a member and access Members-only services that are hosted within our ZOHO applications or within the Ethical Brand Academy section of our website. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on either the website or ZOHO platforms.

For the freely accessible content on the website, we are not required to give any notice (see below). We will not be liable if, for any reason, any of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. The Ethical Brand Network services have their own set of Membership Terms and Conditions [read them here].

1.2 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or all sites, to users who have registered with us.

1.3 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

1.4 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.


2. Ethical Brand Network Intellectual property rights

2.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on the Website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.


2.2 You may print off one copy and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Website for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the Website.

The Website(s) and associated social media profiles provide motivational, life, business management, personal development, and fashion styling information.

All of the information applications and content published over the Internet and are intended only to assist users with their goals. The Ethical Brand Network is not a medical organization and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in this Website should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. The information, plans, consultations, and reports generated by us should not be interpreted as a substitute for a specialist consultation, evaluation, or treatment.

4. Our Ethical Brand Directory website changes regularly

We aim to update the Website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Website, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

5. Our liability

5.1 The material displayed on the Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:


5.1.1 all conditions, warranties, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity.

However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

11.2 If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter, and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Roberta Style Lee and combinations/translations thereof, as well as any other marks shown on this website in relation to our products and services, are trademarks and must not be used without permission. We refer to Ethical Brand Network as a group of services – they are fully owned by Roberta Style Lee. Any other marks used on the website(s) or associated materials are the property of their owners and must not be used without permission.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the website.
