Prior to the event EBD will gather a selection of items from each brands for a promotional shoot. This will result in high quality materials for marketing that can be used by all brands pre, during and after the Spirit & EBD partnership. Perfect for the run-up to Christmas.
The EBD Partnership with Spirit means we are given priority promotion. Specific features include dedication e-shots, a featured Editorial, pages on their website, promoted in their Social media, and backlinks for the all the brands for increased SEO. We will also work closely with their PR agency.
Opt for the package that allows you to come in a do a special pitch and sales promotion for your brand within the EBD Boutique across one of the 7-days.
We will also prioritise your brand in all EBD promotional marketing, pre-event, during and after.
“The spirit of Christmas is an amazing event that attracts 55,000 keen shoppers who are intensively looking to buy. This is such an brilliant opportunity as unlike a regular pop-up shop, where you can’t guarantee a captive audience, the event provides all the marketing and has been historically known for great sales for small brands.
Usually it costs over £2000 for a 2x2m shell + electricity + fittings + marketing and this location isn’t even a good location. However I know brands who have done this and actively return year after year.
EBD are offering this opportunity at such an incredible price and with guaranteed exposure and pre, during and after the show. To recreate this kind of exposure and sales potential in a pop-up shop or other market is almost unachievable on our small budgets without throwing thousands at advertisement campaigns. Saying yes to this is a no brainer for us especially when this event is less than what we would spend daily on a market.”
There will be 10% commission on every item sold to cover wages for the EBD sales team.
We will use a POS system to manage everything and the 10% also includes the cost of admin and bank charges. Brands will need to supply their bank details and payment will be made minus commission after the show.
Every Brand Will Need to:
Have their own public liability insurance to participate.
Fill out an information sheet which will include the key items to sell and also key information that helps the sales team and send over images of the preferred presentation your products.
Identify the products that will be top sellers – these will need to be approved by EBD and Spirit of London.
Support the EBD social media marketing campaign by sharing content on social media and email lists for maximum exposure.
Create a post-event feature for the EBD newsletter, in order to acquire GDPR compliant email sign-ups into their own mailing list after the event.
All brands are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure their spot.
Final payments for the Spirit of Christmas must be made paid before the 16th October – however we advise that you pay in full to secure your space.
For new members of Ethical Brand Directory your membership fees will be invoiced separately. This is a fee in non-negotiable and must be paid in full.
New brands MUST complete the EBD on-boarding process at least 20-days before the Spirit of London Fair to qualify as a member and be included in the EBD marketing. Brands that have not completed this step may be excluded from Spirit and EBD marketing and PR opportunities.
EBD has been offered the 4th largest space at the fair and will be given prominent marketing as a ‘partner’ and as the curator of the ‘Ethical & Sustainable Edit’ which will be featured in the run up to the show – giving our stand more exposure than any of the others on the list.
Costs to be part of this start at £2000 for 2MX2M of space – without all the additional benefits we’ve secured and offered to our EBD family members.

Spirit of Christmas offer an extremely targeted marketing campaign and their partnership with House & Garden ensures that we will be in front of high-net-worth individuals from the most affluent areas of London and the Home Counties.
The Spirit of Christmas Fair will feature across a variety of Condé Nast titles including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour and Tatler.
EBD will also get preferential exposure as a partner – not to mention EBD will run a paid marketing campaign across social media as well.
Until we know which brands will be exhibiting we cannot guarantee the exact space you will have. However the higher priced membership will be offered space allocation first, followed by those with standard, and entry membership will be allocated last.
